/ IAB MEDIA UPFRONTS

We supported the delivery of the IAB Media Upfronts 2025 at Protein Studios in London, a flagship two-day event designed to give advertisers a front-row seat to what’s next in digital advertising. Across the programme, leading media owners and platforms showcased upcoming content, product innovations, and new opportunities set to shape brand advertising strategies for 2026 and beyond. The event brought together industry decision-makers for a focused look at what’s coming next, from first-look announcements to practical, actionable insights.

As the event production partner, we were responsible for the full technical and operational delivery across both days. This included the end-to-end setup of the space, staging and production coordination, and on-the-day management to ensure a smooth experience for speakers, exhibitors, and attendees. Working closely with the IAB team and venue, we helped bring a high-impact, fast-paced programme to life, ensuring every element ran seamlessly from arrival to final session.
