Covid 19 has forced the events industry to re-invent itself - we believe that the resulting changes in how events are held will be long lasting, and both virtual and hybrid events are going to be commonplace for the foreseeable future.
Moving forward, we are seeing the nature of live events shifting towards hybrid, even as more 'normality' return. The option to reduce travel requirements, and the subsequent reduction in environmental impact will be one of the long term benefits this pandemic has brought around, and as such we are making considerable investments into streaming technology for virtual and hybrid events as part of our long term roadmap.

We are experienced in producing all types of virtual events, and our solutions can be tailored to meet your needs, whether that be live, pre-recorded or a combination approach! Our in house design and video team are renowned for their work on live events, and this translates perfectly into a virtual world.
Delivery of virtual events can be via a range of platforms, third party, or using our own custom developed streaming platform - ViveStream - which has been specifically tailored to the needs of the awards market.
Live streams, social media multi-casts or scheduled playout of pre-recorded content, we can handle it all.

When live events are able to return, there are many opportunities to incorporate live-streaming to ensure all your audience can still attend.

We can send live broadcasts to virtually any destination you desire, including all leading event platforms, social media, your own corporate websites or to our own customised event platform 'Vive-Stream'
These broadcasts can take range from simple 'at home' podcasts using your existing webcam, all the way to full multi-camera professional setups - just like like TV!
We have facilities for remotely connecting presenters and audiences, wherever they may be and whatever technical know-how they may have.
Vive have fully equipped 'COVID friendly' event studios ready at your disposal, based just outside London.
Facilities are complete with the latest technology required to produce a slick and polished live streamed or pre-recorded event. Example equipment includes; multi-camera broadcast suites, super high resolution LED backdrops, full lighting rigs and high quality sound equipment - all scalable to the exact needs of each event.
Within these facilities, we have green screen studio capabilities, further spaces for breakouts, smaller virtual seminars, round table discussions & interviews. We also have access to many other partner studios across the UK and the world, ranging from basic green screen, to full TV studio style setups.

We have developed smart & efficient ways in which to gather content from remote contributors - ranging from easy to use web-recording links for presenters, we can add simple hardware and feature upgrades to improve video quality, provide microphones, webcams and lighting equipment, all the way to advanced remote facilitated kits complete with autocue!
We have developed our own extremely user-friendly video portal, which streamlines the process of obtaining pre-filmed clips from speakers and storing them online in our file storage system - one simple system for easy access and storage of all your event files.
Presenters and hosts can film remotely at home or their offices. We can send filming crews to record on location or at one of our partner green screen studio spaces. Alternatively, for a full event experience, why not use either of our fully equipped studios?
